My BBQ journey started when my pops got me into barbecuing at just 8 years old. I still remember that first day, the thrill of starting the charcoal, and the distinctive smell of it lighting up. Since then, I've been hooked on grilling and eager to learn from everyone - whether in person, through videos, or from my own mistakes.

What advice would you give to someone new to grilling? Do you have any advice for a new content creator in the BBQ space?
Have fun! Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. The only bad thing in life is not trying!
What is your favorite grilling technique that you've learned and why?:
Smoking is an art that requires patience and skill. Mastering temperature control, understanding wood types, and learning to judge doneness by feel and appearance make it a rewarding challenge.
