Fire up the Smokin Champ Grill nice n’ hot and warm the cast iron skillet

Poured the Evaporated milk & whisked the cornstarch until smooth. Added the beer and stirred to combine. Brought to a boil over the high heat lump charcoal. Then whisked in mustard, Worcestershire, paprika and combined

Remove the cast iron skillet from over the fire and set it offset to the fire. Then add the cheese and stirred until melted.

Place the pretzels on the grill to warm up for 5 mins.

Remove the pretzels and beer cheese dip from the grill. Place the cheese into a bowl and topped with chives. Served with pretzels and enjoyed!
