Sauté onions

- 1 Medium onion

Mix cooked onions, ground beef, bread crumbs and eggs in a bowl

Put mixture in a loaf pan and place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours

Remove from refrigerator and cover with rub

Grill for 90 minutes, then check to see if it needs to be spritzed

Place meatloaf on smoker/grill

Grill for 30 minute increments, then check to see if it needs to be spritzed

When the internal temp is 155°F, apply sauce

- 1/2 cup Jank BBQ Sauce

Continue to grill for 5-10 minutes (until internal temp is 162°F)
