These Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs are an amazing combination of tender chicken, sweet pineapple, and savory teriyaki glaze, which are then grilled to perfection and enjoyed off the stick. This recipe is loved because it's easy to make, brings a fun, tropical flavor to summer cookouts, and everyone can't stop raving about them. Finish them off with a spicy teriyaki glaze or dip them in your favorite BBQ sauce. You can't go wrong!

Instructions

    In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce and brown sugar and simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Move to a large bowl.

    Once your sweet soy sauce has cooled, add pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and green onions.

    Add in your chicken thighs and marinate them for at least an hour. The longer you marinate, the better the flavor!

    Once marinated, skewer your chicken thighs onto presoaked bamboo sticks. Packing the meat on tightly so it will stay moist while cooking.
