This Sweet 'n Spicy Sriracha Salmon is the go-to salmon recipe this summer! You get the best of both worlds with sweet honey and brown sugar balanced by the spicy kick of sriracha.

This dish is easy to prepare and cooked over cedar planks, leaving you with a tender, flaky salmon filet ready to eat in under 30 minutes! You can enjoy this salmon right off the plank or add it to a rice bowl for a complete meal.

Instructions

  1. 01

Mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper to create your Sweet & Spicy marinade.

  2.

  3. 02

Marinate your salmon filets for at least an hour.

  4.

  5. 03

Pre-soak cedar planks per packaging instructions, and preheat your grill to 350F

  6. 04

“Grill” your cedar planks for 2-3 minutes to release the smoky aroma, then flip over and place planks over indirect heat.

  7.

  8. 05

Place each salmon filet on a plank, and glaze with any remaining marinade.

  9. 06

Close the grill and let salmon cook for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temp hits 145.

  10. 07

Remove from the grill, and garnish with fresh parsley.

  11.

  12. 08

Serve right on the plank or lay your salmon over a bed of rice. Delicious either way!
