In a bowl, mix a 24 oz. Beer, pre-squeezed limes with the peels, Dad’s Jalapeño Seasoning, Certified Sazón Seasoning and chopped Cilantro to taste.

In a separate tub add Jalapeños, Cebollitas, Skirt Steak & Beef short ribs

Pour the marinade over and cover. Rest in the fridge for a few hours.

Fire up the grill to about 450° with lump charcoal

Remove the skirt steak, beef short ribs, jalapeño’s, limes & cebollitas from the marinade and place on the cooking grate

Grill for a total of 14 minutes, 7 minutes on each side.
