Mix up ground beef, cheese, bread crumbs and pepper in a bowl

- 2-3 pounds 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
- Ground black pepper

Make little meat plates (3 to 4 inches in diameter)

Place 4-5 noodles in each 'plate'

Wrap the meat around the noodles so they're in the middle of a ball

Heat up grill (indirect) to 350-375ËšF
