Instructions

    Preheat your smoker to 300 Degrees.

    In a large bowl mix together the ground beef and pork, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and parsley.

    Using mozzarella sticks, wrap a layer of the meat mixture around the sticks.

    Coat in your favorite BBQ rub

    Smoke for 1 hour or until internal temperature hits 160 degrees.

    Just before finishing, top with grated mozzarella and let melt.
