Start a fire in the firebox using your favorite charcoal and wood combo, aiming for 275°F.

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with your favorite chicken rub.

Place the chicken breasts directly on the grill grates and smoke until IT 165°F (flip half way through).

Add a medium-sized pot or dutch oven on the grill grates. Add the butter and allow to melt.

Once the butter has melted, add the butter and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add in the heavy cream, shredded parmesan, and salt & pepper. Mix well.

Once the cheese is melted and incorporated into the sauce, add the crushed tomatoes and peas. Stir and close the grill lid and cook for 10 minutes.

While the sauce is cooking, slice the chicken breasts into thin slices.

Add the pasta noodles, chicken, and crushed red pepper to the pot. Stir to combine all ingredients. Close the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
