The Rome Odunze Dog is a flavor-packed creation inspired by the unique offerings at Soldier Field during Chicago Bears games. Named after wide receiver Rome Odunze, this gourmet "dog" elevates the classic hot dog into a loaded sandwich experience. Combining tender Italian beef, smoky jalapeño-cheddar sausages, zesty giardiniera, and a rich beef jus, it’s a bold, satisfying dish that reflects both the spirit of Chicago and the artistry of grilling. Perfect for tailgating or backyard BBQs, this recipe is an homage to the creativity and indulgence of game-day food done right.
